It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase.
Unwashed, unworn and unused items with original tags and packaging may be returned for exchange for store credit up to 21 days from dispatch date. (Swimwear can be exchanged only if the hygiene sticker is also in place). Please chose carefully when purchasing discounted and on sale items as we do not accept returns on these items.
Please notify us of the return on email@example.com and we will provide you with with the return address and RA number, we are unable to refund unless the item is faulty.
The shipping of returns is handled at the customers own cost. Returns must be shipped to our Australian address. If 21 days have gone by since the dispatch date of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
All items are checked carefully prior to dispatch, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty goods if the goods were received damaged and no attempt has been made to repair the goods. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible we will replace the faulty item. If it is out of stock you will receive a full refund. We are required to inspect any faulty items and recommend that you return them with registered trackable post. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, Tropicana will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.
